Command and Control

Stirling Group researched, selected and, with our partner, adapted a Command and Control system, allowing effective tracking, sharing and recording of information between on scene emergency response, incident management and business continuity teams.

The secure system, backed up every 15 seconds to remote servers, is used within Stirling Group’s Incident Management Centres (IMC) and is also provided to our clients through licensing agreements.

Our Command and Control system enables incident management teams to communicate with corporate teams, technical specialists and other key individuals anywhere in the world. Being web-based means response teams can choose to share information quickly and easily with stakeholders, greatly improving the speed and flexibility of response. The system also offers automated cascade call-outs for duty personnel; rota management; reporting options; and secure document libraries for the central storage.
