Language Training

With English being the predominate language of choice on most international assets and installations, particularly in safety critical areas, companies have a responsibility to ensure staff hold a standard level of English language. Stirling Group’s programmes focus on technical English and can be taught simultaneously to specific HSE or technical training courses, offering the maximum upskilling of participants.

We prepare expatriate staff in their home country prior to deployment and offer bespoke training complying with Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) to support local nationals. Our instructors are experienced in teaching technical or non-technical English to a range of nationalities.

Soft Skills

Stirling Group also offers a range of Soft Skills courses which can be tailored to a client’s requirements. Soft Skills develop team skills and aid an organisation for their teams to interact with each other and present a more professional front. We bespoke design most of our packages depending on client requirements, and these can range from short 2.5 hour courses to professional qualifications over an extended period of study.
